Star Wars

I have been a Star Wars for quite a few years. Not that I have liked the movies since I was young. In fact, I cringed at the sight of Star Wars whenever it was shown on TV. However things got changed when I grew up. I read the short summary of the Original Trilogy when my local newspaper did a write up for the then upcoming Episode 2 Attack of The Clones.

I found the relationship of the different characters interesting. Like how Luke Skywalker, the hero of the Rebel is related to the biggest villain of the Galaxy Darth Vader. After getting the complex network of relationship clear, I understand the movies better when I watched it.

It does not help that I see many Star Wars toys on the shelves when the Attack of The Clones was shown that time. The action figures from Hasbro triggered my child instinct that caused me to buy some figures on the spot. Ever since, I have been collecting Star Wars collectibles. Currently, I am collecting Star Wars mini busts from Gentle Giant and premium format statues from Sideshow Collectibles. This is indeed a very addictive hobby.
